Artist Interpretation -

In a season of attacks coming from all directions - whether through fear tactics, offense, character assassination, or division, there has been no shortage of arrows being flung from the enemy. This image of the girl with a quiver on her back being filled by God, came however, as a reminder from the Lord that we have no reason to fear what comes at us. We have everything we need to counter those attacks - the Lord, Himself, is filling our quiver. Taking care to select the perfect arrows, God knows exactly what we need for each battle we face. While the season many have been in, surrendering deep in the hidden place with the Lord, has been intense, that time of preparation has been intentional. A necessary time of equipping, essential for the moment that God calls us to step out as the overcomer we were created to be. Never meant to stand idly by while the enemy comes after us, with each moment spent at the foot of the cross in worship, in prayer, in the Word and in our Father’s presence, an arrow is added to our spiritual arsenal, filling our quiver and readying us for the moment the Lord says - it’s time. The spiritual battle is intensifying and the enemy knows his time is waning. He also knows that the moment we recognize we are more than conquers, his game is up. He has already lost, after all. “As it is written: ‘For your sake we face death all day long; we are considered as sheep to be slaughtered.’ No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us” (Romans 8:36-37). It’s time....are you ready?
